The following terms and conditions apply as a general framework for all services you may book from dreamindiatrip.com please note that the term ‘you’ or ‘client’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Once you have received confirmation that any tour has been booked with Dream India Trip, you will be bound by a contract with the company. If dreamindiatrip.com requires any deposit from you, the contract will become effective as soon as we receive the said amount in our account.


In the case of tour arrangements with a single total price, prices are calculated according to the departure date of the tour.

In the case of “à la carte” services, tour prices are based on the overall stay, time taken by the company to plan the tour, activities, and special requests of the guests.


We usually require a deposit of 35-40% of the total tour cost to hold confirmation of booking until your arrival. In some cases dreamindiatrip.com may require you to pay an additional advance amount before the final balance is paid; In this case, you will be immediately informed about the exact payment terms and deadlines from your dreamindiatrip.com contact person. The balance must be paid at the beginning of your tour, before commencement.

If the deposit is not paid within the required time limit, dreamindiatrip.com may, after setting a short additional time limit for you, withdraw itself from the agreement without paying any compensation to you. It reserves the right to request payment of compensation from you for costs incurred due to the absence of any advance payment.

If our partners do not require any advance deposit, the full amount of the tour must be paid before the start of your tour.

Our customers can proceed to pay for the tours by the following payment methods:

– By online credit card payment
– By online debit card payment
– by bank transfer
– Through platforms like PayPal, Google Pay, and other services agreed with your dreamindiatrip.com contact person.

Any additional costs incurred on payment by credit card or from your bank/service provider will have to be borne by you and cannot be deducted or charged from the price set by dreamindiatrip.com.

Please note that no dreamindiatrip.com representative will ask you for your credit card number and CVV, password, net banking login, or any confidential information. If anything like this happens, please report it immediately to dreamindiatrip1@gmail.com

Cancellation policy:

Each tour has its cancellation policy. The policy of each of them is shown on each tour detail page or will be explained to you by your dreamindiatrip.com contact person.

If there is no specific cancellation policy stated in the details of the tour you plan to book, keep in mind that any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a refund of 50% of your deposit.

If you do not show up to the appointment location and time as agreed with your dreamindiatrip.com contact or if you arrive more than 45 minutes late, the Company will not be required to maintain the tour and you will be charged 100%. Of the price of the tour you booked.

In any case, if you wish to bring any amendment, change, or report to the tour you have booked, it would be highly appreciated if you inform us as soon as possible.


The Customer agrees to indemnify against all damage or injury (including death) caused to property or person as a result of intentional, negligent acts or omissions.


dreamindiatrip.com accepts no responsibility and liability for any injury, illness, loss, accident, expense, delay, or other irregularity resulting from the Client’s participation in any services provided (tours, transfers, and excursion programs). Will not be held liable. In particular, dreamindiatrip.com is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffers death, illness or injury as a result of our failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you. Liability for ruined holidays, lost holiday joy, frustration, etc. is excluded.

Please note that baggage and personal effects will be at the owner’s risk at all times and in all circumstances. dreamindiatrip.com cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage unless it is directly caused by the negligence of one of our representatives.

Note that you are responsible for arranging your travel insurance if deemed necessary. dreamindiatrip.com does not have any insurance policy covering expenses arising from accidents, illness, loss by theft, or any other cause. Therefore you are advised to purchase such insurance in your country.

dreamindiatrip.com reserves the right to modify tours and itineraries with or without notice; Tour packages are organized according to the respective transport companies, their schedules, and itineraries; These are provisional and subject to change.

dreamindiatrip.com prices are based on the rates as per our negotiations with hotels, transport companies, guides, etc. Hotels and transportation companies reserve the right to modify rates without any notice. In case of such change – the rates quoted by us may be changed as per the amendment by the above-mentioned service providers.

Itineraries shown on trip detail pages are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of ​​the itinerary. There may be some changes in the itinerary before or during the tour due to various factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of the guests. Dreamindiatrip.com may proceed to change certain aspects of the itinerary, including transportation and/or accommodation, without any waiver or refund, if it is in the interest of the tour, guests’ safety or comfort. Any additional costs thereafter will be payable by the customer.

Acknowledgment and confirmation of the above terms become active once the Customer participates in one of the tours offered through dreamindiatrip.com. The tour schedule cannot be modified without the prior permission of dreamindiatrip.com.


The general rules regarding events of force majeure apply to dreamindiatrip.com contracts.

However, it is specified that dreamindiatrip.com shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or alteration in the program, itinerary, or loss, injury, or damage caused directly or indirectly because of natural hazards, flight cancellation, or accident. breakdown of equipment or transportation, weather, disease, landslide, political shutdown, act of God, peril at sea, flood, fire, act of government or any other authority, war, civil disturbance, riot, theft, burglary, pestilence, epidemic, quarantine, medical issues, custom rules, defaults, or any other cause beyond our control or any event resulting in additional expenses borne by the customers.

Legality, applicable law, and jurisdiction

If any provision of the above terms and conditions shall be declared void, it shall not affect the validity of the other paragraphs.

The contract entered into dreamindiatrip.com and you are governed by Indian law. For any disputes with dreamindiatrip.com, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Agra.
